Hours of Operation
Our customer care team is available Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm PST, excluding public holidays.
They do their best to respond within two business days.

Where is my order?
Once your order is placed, if you input your email address, you will receive a confirmation message containing your order number. In addition to your confirmation, you can always review your complete order details by logging into your account page on yisebeauty.com. You will receive a follow-up notification when your order ships! Orders usually ship within 1-3 days of being placed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major debit and credit cards, in addition to payment options through PayPal, ShopPay, and AmazonPay
When will my order ship?
Our team makes every effort to ship orders within 48 hours or less, Monday - Friday. If you place an order before 11 AM PST, we will typically ship your order that same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the next business day.
How can I track my order?
Your order can be tracked using the tracking information provided to you once your order has shipped. If you have not received tracking information, please contact us, and we will assist you in locating your package or provide you with your tracking details. Additionally, any updates or corrections to shipping confirmations will be communicated directly to you.
